Becoming and maintaining in-network provider status is an administrative burden for small to mid-sized providers. PractiSynergy is affiliated with Paramount Health Options. This relationship allows small and mid-sized medical practices to have access to payer contracts similar to large-scale health systems.

New Providers

  • Establish your National Provider Number (NPI) in the national database

  • Create CAQH online database

  • Collaborate with Paramount Health Options to initiate payer applications

  • Assemble provider documents and signatures for application

  • Monitor applications and communicate effective dates of participation status

  • Complete hospital privileging applications (if applicable)

Existing Providers

  • Provide participation lists with effective dates

  • Maintain and update NPI and CAQH databases as necessary

  • Monitor re-validation of applications and re-credentialing with payers

  • Obtain and/or renew hospital privileges (if applicable)
