Any PII that you provide through the Payment Service Page will be collected by Payment Service and not by PractiSynergy, and will be subject to Payment Service’s privacy policy rather than this Policy. PractiSynergy has no control over, and shall not be responsible for, Payment Service’s use of information collected through the Payment Service Page. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POLICY DOES NOT ADDRESS THE COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION THROUGH THE PAYMENT SERVICE PAGE OR THE PRIVACY OR INFORMATION PRACTICES OF PAYMENT SERVICE.

If the document or link you have purchased does not download correctly, please contact and describe your problem.  We will work with you to get your problem resolved. If it is not resolved to your satisfaction within 10 business days, we will refund you back.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
