• Develop three-year proforma financial documents
• Develop brand/logo and website
• Review space/floor plans to determine what equipment, furnishings, and supplies are needed – get quotes
• Determine computer hardware, phone, and internet needs, recommend vendors
• Coordinate electronic health record (EHR) demos and discussions
• Customize patient intake, privacy, and financial forms
• Staff and provider recruiting

Questions such as:

• What type of business structure is best?
• How long does credentialing take?
• Will I need any financing?
• How do I get new patients in the door?
• What else do I need to do?
